Fixed Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 that will not turn on again
I always admire the smartphone with removable batteries like J2 Pro 2018 because such problems can be easily fixed. But the problem is if your phone has a removable battery, it means no IP rating makes the phone waterproof and dustproof. J2 Pro 2018 is more prone to liquid damage than on Samsung's parent ship and that's one thing you should also note because if this problem starts after the phone is watered with any fluid, the problem may be more serious than the one seen. But try these steps to try and repair your phone
- Remove the back cover of your phone.
- Pull out the battery.
- Remove your SIM card and SD card.
- Press and hold the Power button shortly after the battery goes out.
- Now, put the battery back on and tighten it with the back cover.
- Try turning on your phone
If the device is on after this, turn it off and then plug in your SIM and SD cards because at this point the problem is fixed. The purpose of the above procedure is to refresh your phone memory which may have fallen for some reason. By pressing the Power button briefly, you completely drain the electricity stored in the capacitor, which has a great effect on your phone.
However, if the device does not turn on after doing the above procedure, then try this
- Plug the charger into a working AC outlet.
- Connect the phone to the charger using the original USB cable.
- Regardless of whether the phone shows a charging symbol or not, let the battery be connected to the charger for at least 10 minutes.
- Now try turning on the phone to see if it works today.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the phone is heated or too hot when plugged in to the charger, release immediately immediately to prevent further damage. It is possible that there is a problem with the hardware or water that may be causing this problem. You must bring it to the service center or return to the store where you bought it for inspection and / or replacement.
In the first procedure, we try to refresh your phone memory which is very effective in dealing with problems caused by system crashes or small firmware errors. The second is that we try to make a phone boot by giving it a stable source because it always may be expired. That's why the device does not turn on again.
I hope you can solve the problem with your Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 by doing one of the above procedures. If the phone still refuses to turn around after doing all of this, then you have to bring it back to the store for replacement. There's no point in solving new phone issues.
